We’re so pleased to announce that CTERA 7.0 keeps on winning awards. The latest good news is that we were named a Gold winner in the Globee Awards 17th Annual 2022 Information Technology World Awards®, touted by the organizers as “the world’s top honors for achievements in the information technology and cyber security industries worldwide.”
The Globee Awards are a set of eleven business awards competitions held annually. They were created in 2003 to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of companies, business executives, and professionals worldwide. The awards nominations are reviewed by over 100 industry peers and experts and the judge’s average score decides the winner in each category. CTERA 7.0 won the enterprise category for its innovation, as it enables enterprises to simplify the cost, capacity, and scale problems that have been an issue with traditional NAS and file storage for some time.
Since its introduction to the marketplace in October 2020, CTERA 7.0 has won several awards over the course of the past year and a half, and gained many accolades over the course of 2021, including leader and outperformer in the GigaOm Distributed Cloud File Storage Radar, An HPE Edge-to-Cloud Momentum Partner of the Year, as a Top 5 solution for Enterprise NAS Consolidation by DCIG, The Data Breakthrough Award for Storage Innovation of the Year, a Best Storage Product of the Year for Global File Services from StorageNewsletter and a Gold Stevie Award in the American Business Awards.
This latest award win is further indication to all of the good work we continue to drive forward here at CTERA. We’ve recently announced our latest strategic partnership with Wasabi and before that, one with Backblaze. There continues to be measurable gain in momentum here at CTERA with high-level customer wins that ultimately result in more global customers benefitting from our world-class solutions. We’re happy to share our Globee win and, look forward to continuing to provide innovation that is widely recognized in the marketplace.
