We’re looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team at CTERA Networks.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, including security tools
- English proficiency
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Familiarity with firewalls and network security – advantage
- Experience with Linux systems – advantage
- Excellent communication, can-do approach and problem-solving skills
- A true team player with a proactive mindset
- Availability to work from the office in Petah Tikva at least 3 days a week
- Scripting Skills (Powershell/Bash)
- knowledge with backup and restore systems
- Proven experience in managing storage systems
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud)
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Administer and secure Microsoft 365 accounts and services
- Provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving issues in real time
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintain and support AWS cloud infrastructure and tools
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with company policies
- Lead and support IT projects based on organizational needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure-related requirements
