The CTERA Portal WebDAV API enables you to manage files and folders on virtual portals.

Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) that facilitates collaboration between users in editing and managing documents and files stored on World Wide Web servers.

CTERA Portal supports the standard WebDAV protocol as documented in the RFC, http://www.webdav.org/specs/rfc4918.html, with one extension, for allowing the use of a passphrase for accessing passphrase protected backup folders.
