The advantage they have is the overview partners have across many solution areas, “which isn’t necessarily the case for vendors, who are often specialised”. This means they are “in a unique position to provide guidance to users on key IT decisions, which are more and more shifting towards multiple integrations, hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures”.
