Article You can restore files from online backup in the following ways:

Restore all files to a previous version via the Cloud Attached Storage device Web interface
Download files from your CTERA portal account, which you can access over the Web
Restore individual files or folders directly from your Windows Vista PC using Microsoft Windows "Previous Versions"

Notes

To use the Microsoft Windows "Previous Versions" feature with your CTERA device, you'll need Windows Vista (Ultimate, Business, or Enterprise editions), or Windows 7 (Home Premium or higher). Shadow Copy is not supported in Windows Vista Home edition.

For earlier versions of Windows (Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000), you can download install the shadow copy client available on the Microsoft web site: Shadow Copy Client Download
