US-Based Positions
Channel Marketing Manager
Position is full-time, home-office based. Location flexible with preference to the Midwest / Northeast.
Reporting to the VP marketing and working closely with our US channel sales organization, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, work independently, be well-organized and able to contribute from her or his experience to the company’s success.
- Develop and maintain CTERA’s partner program
- Initiate and manage channel marketing campaigns (online, events, email etc.)
- Manage MDF and co-op marketing budgets
- Manage and track partner on-boarding and partner performance
- Manage the partner database and partner communications
- At least 3 years experience in a channel marketing or field marketing role in the IT industry, in a multi-tier channel environment (distributors, VARs, MSPs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in email marketing tools
- Proficient user of Salesforce.com CRM - an advantage
- Experience in storage, networking - an advantage

Israel-Based Positions (Petah Tikvah)
Algorithm Engineer and Researcher
- Will participate in the design and development of scalable cloud storage architectures
- Must have deep knowledge of parallel and distributed algorithms, networking paradigms
- Programming experience, ability to implement “proof of concept” server-side systems
- Ability to read academic papers in the computer science field
- Knowledge in storage, databases, big data, file systems – an advantage
- Masters degree or PhD in computer science – an advantage
- Previous academic publications or patents in relevant fields - an advantage

The job includes helping customers solve technical issues, answering technical queries, following up on open tickets/cases, compiling technical documents for our knowledgebase, collecting customer requests for product enhancements.
This is a part-time position (50%) for Sun-Fri day/night shifts.
- Solid knowledge of internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, and DNS, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as packets sniffer, ping, nslookup, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows (including servers), Mac & Linux environments
- Excellent writing skills in English. Most of the work is done in writing (email, chat, documentation, etc.)
- Experience with storage systems - an advantage
- Previous experience in a technical support role for overseas customers - an advantage
